This site relies hevily on email so not recieving email is a pain. In many cases the failure to recieve email is the SPAM settings of the reciever not the sender. We have correctly configured our servers and email system with DKIM and DMARC.
- First up check your spam folder. Mark any emails from Admin@BeeSwarm.uk as "NOT SPAM"
- Add Admin@BeeSwarm.uk to your address book.
Set up a rule in Gmail or Hotmail that marks mail from this address as "Not Spam" or "Never Spam".
Teach your system that BeeSwarm messages are valued.
- Send an email to Admin@beeswarm.uk to say hello and request a reply.
- Read and click the links in (Interact with) the messages that do get through.
- Set your internal spam setting to LOW which will result in a lot of general spam getting through including the BeeSwarm mail. Make sure you read the messages and then return the spam settings to a higher level once the BeeSwarm message have been acccespted.
If none of these work then there is a final fix. This involves setting up a new Gmail account with low spam settings and configuring it to forward on any BeeSwarm mail to your desired destination.
